The coffee table and side table were designed for a new Czech furniture brand Kaarls. The cafe table is bigger with lower table top. The side table with smaller diameter has higher table top. The main visual point of this design is the detail of the table top meeting the side of the table leg. Two surfaces touch each other at one point, which together with chamfered edges of the parts, give the tables a feeling of lightness. This is accented by the choice of material – the white birch plywood.
